| A true Skipton family firm, James Pye & Son were established in 1910 as a Rent Collection Agency for the many textile factory landlords who employed our firm to collect the rents from their workers on a weekly basis. Over the years, the firm has come to be more associated with the sale of residential properties, although we are still the largest firm of Residential Managing Agents in the town. |
